Reservation/Payment:

• Reserve equipment well in advance to ensure availability.
• Reservation of equipment is for one-day rental. Week rental of equipment is available please call for pricing.
• We require 50% of your reservation total as a deposit at the time of your reservation.
• Reservation balance must be paid 2 day prior to the event date.
• Review orders prior to delivery for accuracy and requirements.
• All orders must be signed by the person with whom the reservation is made.
• Revisions can be made 24 hours prior to delivery or will-call date.
• Rental rates are charged based on the contract dates regardless of whether the equipment was or was not used.
• Cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to the delivery or will-call date, a cancellation or restocking fee may apply. Special ordered items will incur a full restocking fee.


Delivery

• Standard delivery and pickup services within the Las Vegas Valley is $65.00. This service is for delivery of items and does not include setup.
• Setup and takedown service is available for $1.00 per chair and $2.00 per table. This service must be arranged for prior to the delivery/pickup.
• Please call for delivery and pickup pricing to all Convention Properties.
• Delivery services are available to outside Las Vegas Valley please call for pricing.


Pickup/Will-call

• Will-calls must be returned before 1:00 p.m. on the scheduled return date.
• Tables and chairs must be folded or stacked and ready for pick-up.
• China, silver, glassware, utensils, etc., must be free of food and repacked in delivery containers. Additional charge will be incurred is any items are not returned free from food.
• Items are to be sorted prior to pick-up and made easily accessible to drivers.
• Linen should be shaken of all debris and returned with hangers.
• Any box or crate NOT returned incurs replacement cost.
• If the equipment is unavailable for pick-up on the scheduled date and time, an additional charge will be made.


Damage/Loss

• Responsibility for the rented items remains with the customer from the time of possession to the time of return.
• Customers must notify Cooling and Power Rentals & Events immediately if equipment does not function properly and agrees to discontinue use immediately.
• Customers are responsible for all missing and damaged items.
• Linen damaged, burned or stained will be charged a replacement fee.
• Damage waiver is available for 12% of the rental contract and is non-refundable. The waiver covers accidental breakage/damage to the rental equipment [flatware, dinnerware, glassware, linens only].


Tent Rentals

• Customer must contact their local utility companies/lawn care to mark all underground lines prior to tent setup. If utility lines are not marked the customer is responsible for any and all damages.
• Cooling and Power Rentals & Events is not responsible for loss or damage to customer’s property or property of others in or around any tent during rental, setup or teardown; this includes damage because of adverse weather conditions.
